When you submit the membership, partnership or contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and the information in your message. For membership applications this includes your programme, academic level and interests.
How we use it
We use your information only to review your application, respond to your enquiry and organise club activities. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Submissions are accessible only to authorised club leadership. Information is not shared with third parties except where required by Garden City University policy or law.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and manage club membership, and delete them when they are no longer required.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by using the contact form.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page.
